1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the DGX Token Platform ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us"), operated at d0g-x.xyz, you ("User," "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DGX Token Platform.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To use this Platform you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; (c) not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited; (d) not be on any government sanctions or watchlist. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. We reserve the right to request age verification and identity documents at any time. Users under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from using this Platform and will have their accounts permanently terminated upon discovery.
3. Platform Services
The Platform facilitates the sale and migration of DGX tokens. The fixed sell price is $0.0735 USDT per DGX token. A fixed processing fee of 0.5 ETH applies to all sell orders, plus 0.01% of the ETH amount to cover blockchain gas fees. Migration of tokens to the DOG-X mainnet is provided free of charge. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to suspend or modify any service without prior notice.
4. Processing Fees and Payment Obligations
All sell orders require payment of a 0.5 ETH processing fee prior to order fulfillment. This fee is non-refundable once processing has commenced. You are required to send the exact ETH amount specified plus 0.01% to cover gas fees. Failure to send the exact amount or sending an incorrect amount may result in processing delays, order rejection, or forfeiture of the submitted funds. We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect payment amounts. Additional verification fees may be required at the discretion of our compliance team.
5. Critical Payment Warning — 217% Penalty
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you fail to send the correct ETH amount as specified (including the required 0.01% gas portion), or attempt to circumvent the fee structure, you will be required to pay 217% of the original fee amount as a compliance penalty before your order can be processed. This penalty is enforced to maintain platform integrity and covers administrative, compliance, and processing costs incurred by the incorrect payment. Continued non-payment will result in permanent account suspension and potential legal action.
6. Deadlines and Time Limitations
All sell and migration orders must be submitted before April 30, 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC. Orders submitted after this deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances. We strongly advise completing all transactions well before the deadline to avoid any technical delays. No extensions will be granted for any reason.
7. Identity Verification (KYC)
We reserve the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) from any user at any time. Users who are required to complete KYC must provide accurate, complete, and genuine documentation. Submission of false, altered, or misleading documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all pending transactions, and may be reported to relevant authorities. KYC approval is at our sole discretion.
8. Wallet Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing correct wallet addresses. USDT sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered. We bear no liability for losses arising from incorrect wallet address submissions. Always verify your wallet address multiple times before submitting an order.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity; create multiple accounts; use automated bots or scripts; attempt to manipulate platform processes; provide false information; or use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DGX Token Platform, its operators, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against the Platform.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
