Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted only for orders that have not yet been approved or completed. Once an order reaches "Approved" or "Completed" status, no refund can be issued as the USDT funds will have been transferred. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order placement through your dashboard Refund page. Each user may submit a maximum of one pending refund request at a time.

2. Refund Deduction — 58% Platform Fee

⚠️ Important: All approved refunds are subject to a 58% deduction from the total order value. This deduction covers: blockchain transaction costs, payment processing fees, administrative and compliance costs, liquidity management fees, and platform operational expenses. You will receive only 42% of your original order value as a refund. ETH processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. ETH Processing Fee Non-Refundable

The 0.5 ETH processing fee (plus 0.01% gas) paid at order submission is strictly non-refundable. This fee covers our infrastructure costs, compliance checks, payment processing, and operational expenses, all of which are incurred at the time of order submission regardless of final outcome. We strongly encourage you to review all details carefully before submitting an order.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: orders that have been approved or completed; requests submitted after 48 hours of order placement; orders rejected due to invalid wallet addresses provided by the user; orders rejected due to KYC non-compliance; duplicate order submissions; orders placed after the April 30, 2026 deadline; or accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund: Log in to your account, go to the Refund page from your dashboard, select your order, provide your refund wallet address, and explain the reason. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your provided USDT wallet address.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by contacting support@d0g-x.xyz with your order tracking ID and the reason for your appeal. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. Our decision on appeals is final.
